Kevin Houng is the founder of Argentum Sierra Holdings. He spent his career managing complex technical programs at technology companies, where his job was to create order out of chaos. As a program manager at technology companies, he was responsible for the unglamorous work of making complicated things run on schedule: coordinating across teams that did not report to him, finding where the process actually broke, and fixing it without disrupting the people doing the work.He is looking for companies with a good reputation and a solid layer of management and he intends to be there on the shop floor the Monday after closing.

What we look for

We are looking to acquire one business and run it for the long term. We move quickly on the following industries:

  • HVAC

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Landscaping

  • B2B Services

  • Specialty Trades

Who We are

Argentum Sierra Holdings is led by entrepreneurs and operators looking to acquire and operate businesses in the American Southwest. We are not a private equity fund, we are not brokers, and we are not assembling a portfolio to resell. We are buying one business to run ourselves.

How we pay

We fund acquisitions with committed personal capital and a bank loan guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We have completed lender pre-qualification and will provide proof of funds and a lender term sheet on request, before you share anything sensitive.
